FLAT RATE SHIPPING ($8.00): Our flat rate shipping option takes 3-6 business days. this does not include the 1-3 day processing period.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING ($20.00): Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days through USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS, or Fedex. This does not include the 1-3 day processing period.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE BASICS
*STATEMENT BY GC, SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR RETURNS PORTAL.The return portal can be accessed here: https://www.gamedaycouture.com/a/returns
RETURNS WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS:A refund to the original payment method will be issued if the return is processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
RETURNS WITHIN 8-30 BUSINESS DAYS: A store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued for returns processed within 8-30 days of receipt of goods.
RETURNS AFTER 30+ BUSINESS DAYS: Items are not eligible for return after 30 days of receipt. If items are returned, the buyer will be contacted with option to have item return reversed. Gameday Couture is not responsible for the return shipping of the item and no response within 7 business days of receipt of non-eligible goods will result in Gameday Couture donating the goods appropriately.
*NOTE: THE RETURNS PORTAL WILL AUTOMATICALLY IDENTIFY ITEMS THAT ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
DAMAGES: Damaged items can be submitted for replacement in the returns portal. Enter your order number, e-mail, and select the damaged item from the order list. Select your reason for return as "Damaged Item" and you will be prompted with instructions on how to replace the item.
SIGN OF WASH/WEAR: Merchandise returned with signs of wash/wear will not be eligible for return credit.
GIFT RECEIPT: Merchandise that was received or given as a gift follows the same return policy, so please be sure to contact us immediately upon discovering a need for return.

Upon receipt of the goods, Gameday Couture will issue refunds/gift-cards back to the customer less the return shipping label cost.
Due to high demand and item sell through, Gameday Couture does not offer exchanges. An item may be returned and re-ordered to the customer's discretion.
