FLAT RATE SHIPPING ($6.99): Our flat rate shipping option takes 3-6 business days. this does not include the 1-3 day processing period.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING ($25.00): Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days through USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS, or Fedex. This does not include the 1-3 day processing period.
*Orders placed with Expedited shipping selected will be processed same day if placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time.
*Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will ship on the following business day.
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if order has already shipped, it is the responsibility of the purchaser for return shipping. Once the package is received back in to the Gameday Couture warehouse, a refund will be issued.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE BASICS
Thank you for shopping at Gameday-Couture.com. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellence. It is important to use that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS: If for any reason you do not love your items, we will gladly issue a store credit refund for the value of the merchandise. You have up to 30 days after your merchandise has been delivered to make the return.
There is a $5 restocking fee on all returns.
EXCHANGES: To make an exchange, the customer must place a new order for the desired item through the website and is responsible for payment of the order including shipping. The unwanted items may then be sent back and once received, a credit to the original payment method will be issued. Please Note: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by this form with all information filled out. Any packages returned without form will be returned to stock and no refunds/credits will be issued. Your refund will include the cost of the item when it was sold, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

In the case of receiving a wrong or damaged item, please immediately contact our customer care department at email@example.com we will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us at our expense
SIGN OF WASH/WEAR: Merchandise returned with signs of wash/wear will not be eligible for return credit.
GIFT RECEIPT: Merchandise that was received or given as a gift follows the same return policy, so please be sure to contact us immediately upon discovering a need for return.
