Return Policy

At Gameday Couture our mission is to deliver the absolute best fan experience to our loyal customers. If you are ever dissatisfied with your order, we want to be given the opportunity to make you entirely happy with your purchase.

Please look over your items as soon as you receive them to ensure they are the right ones for you. If you think that you've received an incorrect or defective item, contact our customer service team at within 3 business days of receipt so we can correct your order!

Gameday Couture Offers 2 Easy Return Options:

(1) Return for Store Credit;

(2) Exchange for Another Item.

Returns for Store Credit:

  • Must be received within 30 days of the date we shipped out your order.

  • Sale Items and Clearance Items are FINAL Sale and are not eligible for return. (This does not include purchases made with discount codes.)

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached. If signs of wash or wear are visible, we cannot exchange the item.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is caused by our error.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return and issue your store credit. Store credit will be issued via the email address you provided at the time of your order. We cannot change this email address in our system.

  • Any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.

    • Please note that accessories are not available for return.


  • If you wish to exchange your item for another one, we can do so while quantities last. If we are out of stock of the item you had your eye on, we will contact you.

  • An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 7-14 business days SEE SHIPPING . You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order.

    • Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as store credit.

Bundle Products:

Bundle Returns: Bundle products can be returned for store credit, however, all items in the bundle must be shipped back. If there are any missing or defective items, store credit cannot be issued.

Bundle Exchanges:

Bundle Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size in the same style. We cannot accept exchanges for jewelry or accessories that are included in the bundle. Exchanges for different sizes are available while quantities last. If we are out of stock, you will be issued store credit once your clothing item is received by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for your store credit to process.

eGift Cards + Store Credit

  • eGift Cards and Store Credit are issued via email only.

  • If you have your eye on a product that costs a little more than your egift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.

  • eGift cards and store credit will expire one year from the date issued.

  • Your use of the eGift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 7-14 business days. Store Credit will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order. We are unable to change this email address in our system.

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale or were on Clearance?

I Returned An Item And Have Not Received My Store Credit Email Yet! What Do I Do?

If you have not received an email with your store credit 7-14 business days after we received it, please let us know! You can email or call (855) 343-6100 Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM CST. Keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder! Make sure “Gameday Couture” is added to your address book to avoid this happening! Also, note that the email sent out by the Returns Department with your store credit code is sent to the email that was used when ordering. We are unable to change this email address in our system.
