How Do I Locate my Online Credit?
You will be sent an email notifying you. You will put your credit code in the discounts section at checkout. 1. Find the email from Support@gamedaycouture.com. It will have a subject line of Your Gameday Couture gift card is ready!. You may need to check your spam folder to find this email. 2. Click on the view your giftcard at the bottom of the email. 3. Once you have opened it, copy and paste that code. You may use it at any time!
How Do I Do a Return?
We are bummed that you are not 100% satisfied with the items that you received. We will gladly accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date. Here’s what to do:
1. Please click HERE to access the Return/Exchange portal. The portal will automatically identify if your items are eligible for an exchange and/or refund. 2. After receiving return instructions, please package up the items to be returned with original packing slip. The portal will automatically supply you with a return label. 3. Drop off your package at the Local Post Office and make sure to obtain/document your tracking number in case it does get lost on the way back to us. 4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we have received your package in our warehouse. Once return is processed, a store credit will be issued and e-mailed to you.
Will I get Charged for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If using a label provided through our return’s portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund.
How Do I Make an Exchange?
We do not offer manual exchanges.
Please place a new order for your desired items. Re-package items for return and visit our online portal to obtain a return label. Original items must be sent back using our online portal. With your return, please note the new order number on the old packing slip. Once we receive the original exchange order in our warehouse, we will happily refund you the full eligible amount of your original order.

How Long Does it Take to get Refunded?
Refunds will be processed by the 5th business day after receiving it in our warehouse. The exact time can vary and is subject to your payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email on file. We recommend you contacting your payment provider for updates after that confirmation email has been received. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How Do I know if an item is going to be restocked?
If an item has an available restock date, it will be posted on the Product Page. Simply click on the size you are interested in and enter your email, and we'll alert you when a full shipment has been received! Please note that these dates are estimated and dependent upon manufacturer availability. If an estimated arrival date is not yet available it means that we haven't placed an order for the item just yet, so keep checking back in case a return is received in your size!
Can I use more than one promo code?
Unfortunately, our system is set up so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order!
